On the afternoon of October 17, Li Maohui, Assistant to the President of China Communications Construction Company Ltd. and Party Secretary & Chairman of CCCC Investment Company Limited, and his party visited Shantou, and had exchanges with Shantout City on deepening strategic investment cooperation, accelerating the investment and construction of the New East Coastal Area Project and other matters.

At the meeting, Mayor Zheng Jiange hoped that both sides should develop unshakeable confidence, make long-term planning, establish and improve the communication and coordination mechanism for major events, further intensify cooperation, broaden cooperation areas, and achieve joint contribution, shared benefits and mutual benefits. Li Maohui highly praised the current vigorous development situation of Shantou.
