Collective Signing of the Enterprises Planned to Enter the Zhonghaixin (Shantou) Innovation Industrial Town

Recently, Zhonghaixin (Shantou) Innovation Industrial Town, located in the Haojiang area of Shantou Industrial Transfer Industrial Zone, a five-star service zone in Guangdong Province, held a collective signing for the enterprises planned to enter the park. The first phase of plant featured with "rent-free in 2 years" offered by the Innovation Industrial City accepted 11 enterprises, and the construction of the third phase of the project started simultaneously.
The first 11 settled enterprises involve in many industries including equipment manufacturing, biological food, new materials and cultural industries. To improve the industries and supporting facilities for living in the park, Zhonghaixin (Shantou) Innovation Industrial City has also launched an activity of "rent-free in 2 years + free brand-new decoration" for the shops in the park. Currently, 11 merchants involving supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants have settled there.
At present, investment attraction for the plant of the first phase of the Zhonghaixin (Shantou) Innovation Industrial City project has been basically completed. It is estimated that the total investment of the third phase of the construction project will be up to 1 billion yuan, the newly-built plant will cover an area of 200,000 square meters, and there will be more than 30 enterprises being attracted. This help speed up the high-quality development of the industries in Shantou.

中海信（汕头）创新产业城入园企业集中签约
近日，落户于广东省五星级服务园区汕头市产业转移工业园濠江片区的中海信（汕头）创新产业城举行入园企业集中签约，该创新产业城推出的首期“2年免租”厂房迎来了11家入驻企业，三期项目建设同时启动。
首批11家入驻企业涵盖了装备制造、生物食品、新材料、文化产业等多个行业。为完善园区产业和生活配套，中海信（汕头）创新产业城还推出了园区商铺“2年免租+赠送全新装修”活动，目前已有超市、便利店、餐饮店等11家商户落户。
目前，中海信（汕头）创新产业城项目一期厂房已基本招商完毕。启动建设的三期项目预计总投资10亿元，新建厂房面积为20万平方米，可引入企业30多家，将进一步为汕头产业高质量发展“添砖加瓦”。
