On March 28, Guangdong Province held the concentrated commencement activities of major projects in the first quarter of 2021. As one of the branch venues, our city simultaneously held the concentrated commencement activities of Shantou City’s major projects in the first quarter of 2021, and launched 48 key projects with a total investment of 28.5 billion yuan, covering various fields such as municipal transportation, water conservancy, environmental protection, innovative industries, and rural revitalization. The implementation of these projects will further set off a new upsurge in the construction of major projects in our city, which is of great significance for improving urban infrastructure, accelerating industrial development, and improving people's livelihood and welfare.

3月28日，广东省举行2021年第一季度重大项目集中开工活动，作为分会场之一，我市在六合现代产业示范区同步举行2021年第一季度汕头市重大项目集中开工活动，集中启动了48个重点项目，总投资285亿元，涵盖市政交通、水利、环保、创新产业、乡村振兴等各个领域。这些项目的落地实施，将进一步掀起我市重大项目建设新高潮，对于完善城市基础设施、加快产业发展、提升民生福祉具有重要意义。
