24-Hour "No Closing" Shantou-Shenzhen "Cross-City Application"

In order to deepen the cooperation between Shenzhen and Shantou, continue to promote the "Cross-City Application" between our city and Shenzhen, and better provide efficient and convenient government affairs services for the masses and enterprises, a "Shantou-Shenzhen Cross-City Application" self-service terminal for government affairs services has been put into use in Luohu District of Shenzhen.
Whether in the Administration Service Hall in Luohu District, Shenzhen, or in the Shantou (Shenzhen) Collaborative Innovation Exchange Center in Shenzhen International Trade Center Building, the “Shantou-Shenzhen Cross-City Application” self-service terminal can provide 24-hour “no closing” government affairs services for Shantou people in Shenzhen. The self-service terminal can handle more than 140 government affairs service items, involving public security, human resources and social security, disabled persons' federation, civil affairs, health care, justice, taxation, medical insurance, natural resources and other departments. Among them, a total of 30 Shantou government affairs service items in 18 categories can achieve "Cross-City Application", covering four service types such as query, processing, printing and appointment. High-frequency items such as social security payment certificate, personal housing situation, personal tax payment certificate, medical cost transfer list can be completed directly on the self-service terminal for government affairs.

汕头深圳“跨城通办”24小时“不打烊”
为深化深汕协作，持续推进我市与深圳市“跨城通办”，更好地为群众和企业提供高效、便捷的政务服务，日前，我市部署在深圳市罗湖区投用“汕头・深圳跨城通办”政务服务自助终端机。
无论在深圳罗湖区行政服务大厅，还是深圳国际贸易中心大厦汕头（深圳）协同创新交流中心，“汕头・深圳跨城通办”自助终端机都可为在深的汕头乡贤提供24小时“不打烊”政务服务事项办理。该自助终端机可办理政务服务事项140多个，涉及公安、人社、残联、民政、卫健、司法、税务、医保、自然资源等多个部门。其中更有18类共30项汕头本地政务服务事项可实现“跨城通办”，覆盖查询、办理、打印、预约等四种办事类型，社保参保证明、个人住房情况、个人完税证明、医疗划拨清单等高频事项均可在自助政务终端上直接完成。
