Recently, China’s first order of dragon fruit in terms of "origin-tracing + insurance" was implemented in Xinan Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City. The online dragon fruit order of Chengdafeng Planting and Breeding Specialized Farmers Cooperatives in Chenghai District, which has an insurance contract, is extremely popular, and the products are sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places.
The freshly picked dragon fruits are weighed and packed into exquisite packaging boxes. Each packaging box is affixed with a "Ping An Origin-tracing" QR code. After scanning the QR code with a mobile phone, you can find the key information of the enterprise and the key data of the production process of the base (including the soil, humidity, fertilizer, light, temperature and picking), which are corresponding to the production batch. If there are food hygiene problems in agricultural products, the consumers can use the insurance contract in the origin-tracing code to claim the corresponding economic compensation from the insurance company. The approach of "origin-tracing + insurance" approach not only guarantees product quality and broadens sales channels, but also enhances the farmers' risk response capabilities and the market competitiveness of local dragon fruits.

全国首单火龙果“溯源+保险”落地汕头
近日，全国首单火龙果“溯源+保险”在我市澄海区溪南镇落地，有了一纸保险合同的澄海区诚达丰种养专业合作社线上火龙果订单异常火爆，产品销往北京、上海、武汉、广州、深圳等地。
新鲜采摘的火龙果过秤后，装进一个个精美的包装盒。每个包装盒上均贴有一张“平安溯源”的二维码，用手机扫描二维码后，即可查到该生产批次对应的企业主体信息和土壤、湿度、肥药、光照、气温、采摘等基地生产过程关键数据。如果农产品出现食用卫生问题，消费者可以利用溯源码里的保险合同，向保险公司索取相应的经济赔偿。"溯源+保险"的方式不仅保证了产品品质，拓宽了销路，也提升了农户风险应对能力和当地火龙果市场竞争力。
