New Growth Drivers are Added for the Transformation and Upgrading of Chenghai Toy Industry

On August 16, CBIRC Shantou Office worked with Shantou Municipal Financial Service Bureau, Shantou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Shantou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, and the People’s Government of Chenghai District to organize Shantou Association of Banks, Shantou Insurance Association, Shantou Local Finance Association, and Chenghai District Toy Association to sign a four-party cooperation framework agreement, for the purpose of adding new growth drivers for the transformation and upgrading of Chenghai toy industry.
On the site of signing the agreement, 12 Chinese-funded banking institutions in Shantou concentrated on granting RMB 27.5 billion of credit to enterprises in the toy industry. The representative of Yuecai Inclusive Finance (Shantou) Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation with the representative of Chenghai Toy Association. SINOSURE Shantou Business Department signed the letters of intent with two toy export enterprises. Six Chinese-funded banks including ICBC signed the loan (credit) agreements with the representatives of six toy enterprises including Alpha Entertainment Co., Ltd. The Shantou team for helping enterprises through finance interacted with the toy companies on the spot and interpreted the relevant policies.

汕头澄海玩具产业转型升级添新动能
8月16日，汕头银保监分局联合市金融工作局、市工业和信息化局、市市场监督管理局、澄海区人民政府，组织市银行业协会、市保险行业协会、市地方金融协会与澄海区玩具协会签订四方合作框架协议，为澄海玩具产业转型升级添新动能。
协议签订现场，汕头12家中资银行机构集中向玩具行业企业授信275亿元，粤财普惠汕头担保公司代表与澄海玩具协会代表签订战略合作框架协议，中国信保汕头营业部与两家玩具出口企业签订意向书，工行等6家中资银行与奥飞娱乐有限公司等6家玩具企业代表签订贷款（授信）协议。汕头金融助企团在现场与玩具企业进行互动交流，就有关政策进行宣讲。
