On July 26, the Jinzao (Hub) Interchange Main Line No. 2 Bridge of the Jingzao Bridge Project of Chaozhou-Shantou Loop Expressway was fully connected, laying a solid foundation for the Project to be completed and opened to traffic on time.
The Jingzao Bridge Project of Chaozhou-Shantou Loop Expressway connects the Liaison Line of Chaozhou-Shantou Loop Expressway. It crosses the Rongjiang South River from south to north, connects Shantou City and Jieyang City, and intersects with the Chaozhou-Huizhou Expressway by the overcrossing of the main line. The total length of the Project is about 3,110 meters. The total length of the Jinzao (Hub) Interchange Main Line No. 2 Bridge that was completed this time is about 680 meters, for which a total of 227 prefabricated box girders have been erected.Once completed and opened to traffic, the Project will further optimize the layout of the highway network in eastern Guangdong and maximize the benefits and efficiency of the regional expressway network in the eastern Guangdong. It is of great significance in promoting the integrated and coordinated development of Shantou City, Chaozhou City and Jieyang City and expediting their integration into the economic circle of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

潮汕环线高速京灶大桥项目金灶互通主线2号桥全幅贯通
7月26日，潮汕环线高速京灶大桥项目金灶（枢纽）互通立交主线2号桥实现全线贯通，为项目按时建成通车打下坚实基础。
潮汕环线高速京灶大桥项目连接潮汕环线高速潮汕联络线，自南向北跨越榕江南河，连接汕头、揭阳两地，以主线上跨方式与潮惠高速公路相交，项目总长约3110米。本次贯通的金灶（枢纽）互通立交主线2号桥全长约680米，共架设预制箱梁227片。该项目建成通车后，将进一步优化粤东地区高速公路网布局，实现粤东区域高速公路网效益和效率最大化，对促进汕潮揭三市一体化协调发展及加快融入粤港澳大湾区经济圈具有重要意义。
