The Construction of Shantou’s First Natural Gas Distributed Energy Project is Started

Recently, the construction of Chenghai Yixin Natural Gas Distributed Energy Project, with a total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, was officially started. This is also the first natural gas distributed energy project in Shantou. After completion, it is expected to generate 750 million kilowatts of electricity and supply 1.2 million tons of heat per year. It can replace small coal-fired, biomass, and gas-fired boilers, achieve regional centralized heating and clean production, and strongly promote energy restructuring and transformation and upgrading in Chenghai District, Shantou City.
The Project would be jointly invested by Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Junhui Holding Group Co., Ltd., and it would be constructed and operated by Shantou Yixin Gas Distributed Energy Co., Ltd. The first phase of the Project plans to build a 2 x 75 MW gas-steam combined cycle generator, with a total investment of about RMB 1.2 billion. It is expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of next year.

汕头首个天然气分布式能源项目开建
日前，总投资25亿元的澄海益鑫天然气分布式能源项目正式开工，这也是我市首个天然气分布式能源项目，建成达产后预计年发电7.5亿度、年供热120万吨，可取代燃煤、生物质、燃气小型锅炉，实现区域集中供热、洁净生产，有力促进我市澄海区能源结构调整和转型升级。
该项目由无锡华光环保能源集团股份有限公司和江苏君汇控股集团有限公司共同投资，汕头益鑫燃气分布式能源有限公司负责建设、运营。一期工程规划建设2×75兆瓦级燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组，总投资约12亿元，预计明年一季度投产。
