Shantou Customs District Issues the First Certificate of Origin Regarding China-Mauritius Free Trade Agreement

Recently, Longhu Customs under Shantou Customs District, issued the Certificate of Origin Regarding China-Mauritius Free Trade Agreement for a batch of plastic daily necessities exported by Shantou Lixin Plastic Products Co., Ltd. This was the first Certificate of Origin Regarding China-Mauritius Free Trade Agreement issued by Shantou Customs District.
China-Mauritius Free Trade Agreement was the first free trade agreement signed between China and an African country. After the implementation of the Agreement, Mauritius has implemented zero tariffs on 94.2% of China's products, and the trade volume of the covered goods accounted for more than 90% of Mauritius's total imports from China. Next, Longhu Customs District under Shantou Customs District, will actively explore “smart supervision” to help Shantou enterprises enjoy the policy dividends of RCPE and other free trade agreements to the greatest extent possible.

汕头关区签发首份中国—毛里求斯自贸协定原产地证书
近日，汕头海关所属龙湖海关为汕头市立信塑胶制品有限公司一批出口塑料日用品签发中国—毛里求斯自贸协定原产地证书，这是汕头海关关区首份中国—毛里求斯自贸协定原产地证书。
中国—毛里求斯自贸协定是我国与非洲国家签署的第一个自由贸易协定。协定实施后，毛里求斯对我国94.2%的产品实施零关税，所覆盖商品贸易额占毛里求斯自中国进口总额九成以上。接下来汕头海关所属龙湖海关将积极开展“智慧监管”探索，助力汕头企业最大限度享受RCPE及其他自贸协定政策红利。
