The Shipment of the First 4-MW Floating Offshore Wind Turbines "Made in Shantou Intelligently" is Started

Recently, the first 4-MW floating offshore wind turbines assembled and completed at Shanghai Electric Shantou Intelligent Manufacturing Base were successfully shipped from Guang'ao Port Area to Putian City, Fujian Province, which would be used for the construction of the world's first floating project for the integrated development of wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation and water surface aquaculture.
The Project consists of the three-column semi-submersible floating platform, the 4-MW offshore wind turbines, and lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules. The main engineering project has now been completed. After the Project is put into operation, the wind turbines, which were independently developed by Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group, can generate 96,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity when they are operated at full capacity 24 hours a day, which is equivalent to the daily electricity consumption by 42,500 people.

“汕头智造”首台4兆瓦漂浮式海上风电机组发运
近日，在上海电气汕头智能制造基地组装下线的首台4兆瓦漂浮式海上风电机组，从广澳港区出发，顺利运往福建莆田，用于全球首个漂浮式“风光渔”融合项目建设。
该项目由三立柱半潜式漂浮式平台、4兆瓦海上风电机组和轻质柔性光伏组件组成，目前主体工程已完工。项目投产后，由上海电气风电集团自主研发的该风机单日24小时满负荷运转可发电9.6万千瓦时，相当于4.25万人一天的生活用电量。
