On the morning of June 25, the landing ceremony of the Shenzhen-Shantou Financial Cooperation Project under the theme of "Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation by Pooling the Financial Strengths of Overseas Chinese", jointly organized by the Shantou Headquarters of Shenzhen Targeted Assistance and Collaboration and the Administrative Committee of Shantou Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone, was held in the Shantou Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone.
As a financial strengths-pooling project landed in the Shantou Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone this time, Shantou SMEs Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. is Shantou's first state-owned policy guarantee institution initiated by Shantou Municipal Government for the purpose of improving the regional financial system and supporting the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises. It was jointly established by several state-owned and private enterprises from Shantou, with well-known state-owned enterprises from Shenzhen such as Shenzhen Guarantee Group and Shenzhen Properties Group, which were invited by Shantou Municipal Government. Since its establishment, the Company has added approximately RMB 60 billion in sales revenue to small and medium-sized enterprises, created approximately RMB 2.5 billion in new tax revenue, and created approximately 240,000 new jobs. In addition, by undertaking government policy-based award and subsidy programs such as "government-bank-guarantee", "government-bank-insurance", "service vouchers", and "intellectual property pledge financing", the Company has applied for subsidies of more than RMB 8.7 million for small and medium-sized enterprises, cut fees and profits of about RMB 110 million in favor of these enterprises, and saved a total of operating costs of RMB 120 million for them.

深汕金融合作项目落地汕头华侨试验区
6月25日上午，由深圳对口帮扶协作汕头指挥部、汕头华侨试验区管委会共同主办的“深汕合作 金融聚侨”深汕金融合作项目落地仪式在华侨试验区举行。
此次作为金融聚集项目落地华侨试验区的市中小企业融资担保有限公司，是市政府为完善地区金融体系、扶持中小微企业发展，邀请深圳担保集团、深房集团等深圳知名国企与汕头投控集团等多家汕头国企、民营企业联合创办的首家国有政策性担保机构。成立以来，该企业累计为中小企业新增销售收入约600亿元，创造新增税收约25亿元，新增就业约24万人。此外，该企业通过承担“政银担”“政银保”“服务券”及“知识产权质押融资”等政府政策奖补项目，累计为企业申请补贴超870万元，累计降费让利约1.1亿元，共为企业节省经营成本1.2亿元。
