Recently, Shantou Intellectual Property Protection Center was approved by China National Intellectual Property Administration to set up the Shantou Branch of the National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response and Guidance Center. This is an important initiative for Shantou to further optimize the innovation and business environment.
The National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response and Guidance Center was established under the joint promotion of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It aims to focus on the difficulties and pain points existing in China's "export-oriented" enterprises' response to overseas intellectual property disputes, to build national channels for collecting and publishing information on overseas intellectual property disputes, to establish the guidance and coordination mechanism for Chinese enterprises' overseas intellectual property disputes, and to raise their awareness of preventing and controlling intellectual property disputes and improve their ability to deal with disputes in the process of "Going Global".

汕头获批设立国家海外知识产权纠纷应对指导地方分中心
近日，汕头市知识产权保护中心获国家知识产权局批准设立国家海外知识产权纠纷应对指导地方分中心。这是我市进一步优化创新环境和营商环境的重要举措。
国家海外知识产权纠纷应对指导中心由国家知识产权局和中国国际贸易促进委员会共同推动成立，旨在聚焦我国“外向型”企业海外知识产权纠纷应对中存在的难点和痛点，构建国家层面海外知识产权纠纷信息收集和发布渠道，建立中国企业海外知识产权纠纷指导与协调机制，提高企业“走出去”过程中的知识产权纠纷防控意识和纠纷应对能力。
