China Edible Bird's-nest Hub Project under the Cooperation between Shantou and Malaysia will be Implemented in Shantou

In August this year, a friendly delegation from Shantou visited Malaysia and Cambodia, which yielded fruitful results. Under the leadership of the Shantou Big Health Industry Association, two companies from Shantou City signed the contracts with the Malaysia Edible Bird's-nest Industry Export Association and the Malaysia Edible Bird's-nest Processing Factory Association to jointly build China Edible Bird's-nest Hub Project, which will settle down in Shantou Free Trade Zone. The Project aims to introduce edible bird’s-nest with reasonable price and stable quality from Malaysia and Cambodia through efficient logistics and trade services to benefit domestic consumers. At present, the results of this investigation have been initially implemented. The first batch of 1,000 kilograms of edible bird's-nest have been imported into Shantou and are successively put on sale in Kangrun Pharmacy stores. Next, the Shantou Big Health Industry Association will collaborate with the Malaysia Edible Bird's-nest Processing Factory Association to build a Malaysia Edible Bird's-nest Experience Hall in Shantou City, and strive to invite a delegation from the Malaysia Edible Bird's-nest Processing Factory Association to Shantou for inspection and negotiation by the end of this year or early next year, and to organize the best edible bird's-nest enterprises from Malaysia to hold an "Edible Bird's-nest Exhibition".

汕马合作中国燕窝港项目将落地汕头
今年8月，汕头市友好代表团访问马来西亚和柬埔寨，此行结出丰硕成果。在汕头市大健康产业协会的带领下，我市两家企业与马来西亚燕窝产业出口协会及马来西亚燕窝加工厂公会签约共建中国燕窝港项目，燕窝港将落户汕头综保区。项目旨在通过高效的物流和贸易服务，引进马来西亚、柬埔寨价格合理、质量稳定的燕窝，惠及国内广大消费者。目前这一考察成果初步落地，首批1000公斤燕窝已进口到汕头，并陆续在康润大药房门店上架销售。接下来，汕头市大健康产业协会将联合马来西亚燕窝加工厂公会在我市打造一个马来西亚燕窝体验馆，并力争今年底或者明年初邀请马来西亚燕窝加工厂公会组团到汕头进行考察和洽谈，组织马来西亚最好的燕窝企业举办一次“燕窝展”。
