On September 21, the Shantou Teochew People and Cuisine Research Institute and the Guangdong Tourism Publishing House held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony to officially launch the editorial department of the Teochew People and Cuisine Series. The two parties will collaborate on the planning, compilation, publication, distribution, and promotion of the Teochew People and Cuisine Series, working together to integrate resources, explore, synthesize and disseminate Teochew culinary culture, and establish a premier platform for research and publishing in this field.


The Teochew People and Cuisine Series aim to showcase the charm of Teochew culinary culture from multiple perspectives. The content will cover the historical evolution of Teochew cuisine, an analysis of classic Teochew cuisine techniques, Teochew culinary traditions, the inspiring stories of renowned Teochew chefs, and the culture of ingredients for Teochew cuisine. The Series will be released in batches, with the first three books scheduled for publication in early 2026. Over time, a complete Teochew cuisine culture publishing system will be gradually built.

  9月21日,汕头市潮人潮菜研究院与广东旅游出版社举行战略合作签约仪式,共同为《潮人潮菜丛书》编辑部揭牌,双方将围绕《潮人潮菜丛书》的策划、编纂、出版、发行及推广,合力整合优势资源,深入挖掘、整理与传播潮汕饮食文化,携手打造潮菜文化研究与出版的高端平台。

  《潮人潮菜丛书》计划多维度展现潮菜文化魅力,内容涵盖潮菜历史沿革、经典菜品技艺解析、潮汕饮食民俗、名厨匠心故事、潮菜食材文化等板块,将分批次推进,首辑计划于2026年初正式出版3部作品,后续将逐步构建完整的潮菜文化出版体系。
