On November 19, the opening ceremony of the 2025 Shantou-Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Cooperation Development Conference & 2nd Shantou-Yunlin Integrated Development Week organized by the Shantou Municipal Taiwan Affairs Bureau, and the Shantou Federation of Industry and Commerce under the direction of the Taiwan Work Office of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee was held at White Swan Hotel Shantou.
The event opened amidst a Yingge dance performance. At the opening ceremony, the Shantou Business Environment Road Show and the Taiwan Yunlin Excellent Products Exhibition were held, and the Shantou-Taiwan Industry Matchmaking Cooperation Agreement (Memorandum), and the Shantou-Taiwan Youth Exchanges and Cooperation Agreement of Intention were signed, promoting deeper Shantou-Taiwan relationships in fields such as economic and trade cooperation, cultural exchanges, innovation and entrepreneurship, and talent exchanges. During the week, various activities will be carried out, including collaborative and innovation matchmaking for characteristic industries, the Seminar on Shantou-Taiwan Industrial Cooperation and Exchanges, the opening of the Yunlin Benevolent Association, and the talkfest of the Yunlin Zhang family in Shantou. These activities will provide a communication and exchange platform for the business community and young people in Shantou and Taiwan, and bring together the wisdom and strength of the business community and young people in both places to promote mutually beneficial exchanges and cooperation between Shantou and Taiwan in industry and commerce.

2025年汕台工商业合作发展大会暨第二届汕头·云林融合发展活动周开幕
11月19日，由广东省委台办指导，汕头市台湾事务局和汕头市工商联主办的2025年汕台工商业合作发展大会暨第二届汕头·云林融合发展活动周开幕式在汕头白天鹅酒店举办。
活动在英歌舞表演中开场。开幕式上进行汕头营商环境推介、台湾云林优品展示，现场签署汕台产业对接合作协议（备忘录）以及汕台青年交流合作意向协议，推动汕台在经贸合作、文化交流、创新创业、人才交流等领域向更深层次发展。活动周期间，将开展包括特色产业协同创新对接活动、汕台产业合作交流研讨会、中华云林旅外同乡总会揭牌、汕头云林张氏宗亲交流恳谈等活动，为汕头与台湾工商界和青年搭建沟通交流平台，汇聚两地青年和工商业界智慧力量，促进汕台工商业互惠交流合作。
