On January 20, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Industrial Park Neighborhood Center project of Chenghai Linghai MSMEs Entrepreneurship Park General Factory Building (Phase II), a key initiative in the counterpart assistance collaboration between Shenzhen's Bao'an District and Shantou's Chenghai District. The project has officially entered the construction phase.
The project is located within the jointly built Chenghai-Bao'an Industrial Park, with a total investment of approximately 127 million yuan and a gross floor area of about 32,400 square meters. Guided by the concept of a “15-minute living circle,” it will feature a diverse range of business forms, including employee dormitories, basic-need housing, commercial supporting facilities, community health services, cultural and entertainment facilities, and parking facilities. The goal is to create a comprehensive service hub that integrates commercial services, public amenities, industrial supporting facilities, and social spaces. Upon completion, the project will provide 95 units of basic-need housing, meeting the accommodation needs of nearly 1,000 employees in the Park. It will also be equipped with over 16,000 square meters of commercial space and 168 parking spaces. This development will drive the Park's upgrading from a single-function production zone into an integrated industrial community that harmonizes "production, living, and ecology".

汕头澄海区岭海工业园区邻里中心项目动工
1月20日，深圳宝安区与我市澄海区对口帮扶协作的重点项目——澄海区岭海中小微企业创业园通用厂房（二期）工业园区邻里中心项目举行动工仪式，正式进入建设阶段。
该项目位于澄海-宝安共建产业园区内，总投资约1.27亿元，总建筑面积约3.24万平方米，以“15分钟生活圈”为理念，将建设包含员工宿舍、保障性住房、商业配套、社区健康服务、文化娱乐及停车设施等在内的多元业态，打造集商业服务、公共配套、产业配套、社交空间于一体的综合性服务枢纽。项目建成后，可提供保障性住房95套，满足近千名园区职工的安居需求，并配备商业面积超1.6万平方米、各类停车位168个，推动园区从单一生产功能向“生产、生活、生态”融合发展的产业社区升级。
