Shantou's Longhu District Plans to Promote Key Projects with Total Investment of Nearly 70 Billion Yuan for 2026

Following the Guangdong Provincial High-quality Development Conference, Shantou's Longhu District has adopted a proactive stance of "Starting with a Decisive Battle and Sprinting from the Get-Go", sparking a boom in key project construction. The in-depth integration of the manufacturing and service sectors is accelerating in the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
In 2025, several key projects in Longhu District were completed and put into operation, including MEBO Pharmaceutical's modern traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing project and DIOTENG Food's marine bio-functional food construction project. Entering 2026, Longhu District is building on this momentum by planning and advancing key projects with a total investment of nearly 70 billion yuan. Among the 40 industrial projects planned to be advanced this year, the Pingshan-Longhu Industrial Collaboration Demonstration Park and the Tubao Home Furnishing Whole-House Customization Production Project are expected to be completed and put into operation within the year, with an estimated annual output value of about 5 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of nearly 300 million yuan.
While accelerating existing projects, Longhu District is also actively planning the launch of new projects, such as the Taienkang CKBA Ointment Large-Scale Validation Base and the Guangxin Intelligent Electrical Power Distribution Equipment Production and Construction Project. Longhu District has implemented an agency system for key projects, providing whole-process, high-efficiency services from project approval to completion. It strives to make it easier for businesses to get their problems solved by "no personal visit" or "with one-stop service", safeguarding project construction with a first-class business environment.

汕头龙湖2026年谋划推进总投资近700亿元重点项目
全省高质量发展大会召开后，我市龙湖区以“开局即决战、起步即冲刺”的奋进姿态，掀起重点项目建设热潮，制造业与服务业深度融合在“十五五”开局之年加速展开。
2025年，龙湖区已有美宝制药现代中药制造项目、潮庭食品海洋生物功能食品建设项目等一批重点项目竣工投产。进入2026年，龙湖区再接再厉，谋划推进总投资近700亿元的重点项目。在今年计划推进的40个产业项目中，坪山—龙湖产业协作示范园、兔宝宝家居家具全屋定制生产项目等有望年内建成投产，预计新增年产值约50亿元，年税收近3亿元。
在推动存量项目加快建设的同时，龙湖区积极谋划泰恩康CKBA乳膏产品大规模验证基地、广信智能电气配电设备生产建设项目等一批增量项目落地开工。全区推行重点项目代办制，提供从立项到竣工的全流程高效服务，努力实现企业办事“零跑动”或“最多跑一次”，以一流营商环境为项目建设保驾护航。
