On March 23, the 2026 Shantou AI Toy Industry Ecosystem Conference was held at the Shantou Cross-Border Digital Economy Industrial Park. The Conference focused on the core theme of deeply integrating AI technology with the toy industry. It brought together government officials, experts, scholars, and representatives from key companies in the industry chain, aiming to make every effort to accelerate Shantou's development into the "AI Toy Capital of China" and a global hub for intelligent toy manufacturing.
At the Conference, the Shantou Pilot Zone for Economic and Cultural Cooperation with Overseas Chinese, Chenghai District, China Mobile Shantou Branch, the Chenghai Toy Association, and the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly build the Shantou AI Toy Ecosystem. The Shantou AI Toy Innovation Center and the Shantou Artificial Intelligence Laboratory were officially inaugurated, and core technology companies such as AICXTEK and Xiangyuan Tongxing signed agreements to move in. Additionally, China Mobile Shantou Branch and other entities jointly launched three core enabling tools: an AIoT platform, an intelligent toy inspection system, and an AI toy industry fund, providing comprehensive support in technology and funding for the industry's development. The Chenghai Toy Association also announced the actual needs of the AI toy industry on the venue, and initiated an open competition mechanism for selecting the best candidates to undertake key technology projects, aiming to connect the supply and demand chain between AI technology and industrial applications.

2026年汕头AI玩具产业生态大会召开
3月23日，2026年汕头AI玩具产业生态大会在汕头跨境数字经济产业园召开。本次大会聚焦AI技术与玩具产业深度融合这一核心议题，汇聚了职能部门代表、专家学者及产业链核心企业代表，旨在全力推动汕头打造“中国AI玩具之都”、建设全球玩具智造中心。
大会现场，华侨试验区、澄海区、汕头移动、澄海玩具协会与深圳市人工智能行业协会签订共建汕头AI玩具生态战略合作框架协议。汕头AI玩具创新中心、汕头人工智能实验室正式揭牌，归芯、向远同行等核心技术企业完成入驻签约。此外，汕头移动等单位联合发布AIoT平台、玩具智能检测系统、AI玩具产业基金三项核心赋能工具，为产业发展提供技术、资金全维度支撑。澄海玩具协会也在现场发布AI玩具产业实际需求，开启“揭榜挂帅”环节，打通AI技术与产业应用的供需链路。
