On the afternoon of July 29, the Shantou Port Economic Zone Industry Matchmaking Symposium was held in Beijing. Zhuang Yuequn, Secretary of the CPC Shantou Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and engaged in in-depth exchanges with well-known enterprises from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on further deepening industrial collaboration and expanding development space, jointly charting the course for the future.
At the meeting, Xu Honghua, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shantou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Shantou, presented an overview of the city's economic and social development. Officials in charge of various sections of Shantou Port Economic Zone then delivered investment promotion briefings focusing on key industrial directions. Representatives from enterprises including Zelos, Highlander, Taiji Computer Corporation Limited, TEAMSUN, Shenzhen Energy Group Co., Ltd., China Datang Corporation Ltd., Cainiao Group, China National Chemical Southern Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Daxiniv, Iluvatar CoreX, THESEUS, Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. spoke in turn. Zhuang Yuequn said that the Shantou Port Economic Zone is accelerating the construction of a "4+4" modern industrial system. The industrial directions are highly aligned with those of the participating enterprises, offering broad cooperation space and enormous development potential. He sincerely hoped that entrepreneurs will continue to care about, support, and deeply engage with Shantou as always, actively facilitate matchmaking for the development of Shantou, act as the spokespersons for promoting Shantou, and help attract more enterprises and projects to take root in the Shantou Port Economic Zone and across the city.

汕头临港经济区（北京）产业对接座谈会举行
7月29日下午，汕头临港经济区产业对接座谈会在北京举行。市委书记庄悦群出席会议，并与京津冀知名企业就进一步深化产业协作、拓展发展空间深入交流、共话未来。
会上，市委常委、副市长许宏华介绍了我市经济社会发展情况，汕头临港经济区各片区负责人围绕重点产业方向作招商推介；九识智能、海兰信、太极股份、华胜天成、深能源、大唐集团、菜鸟集团、中化学南投、大信智谷、天数智芯、中科摇橹船、金风科技、上海电气等企业代表依次发言。庄悦群表示，汕头临港经济区正加快构建“4+4”现代产业体系，产业方向与参会企业高度契合，合作空间广阔、发展潜力巨大。热切期盼广大企业家一如既往关心汕头、支持汕头、深耕汕头，积极为汕头牵线搭桥、代言推介，带动更多企业项目落地临港、布局汕头。
