On August 25, the 2026 Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics (Autumn/Winter Edition) officially opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. For the first time, Shantou’s textile and apparel industry appeared as a group at this international industry event under the banner of Shantou as “China’s Nylon-Spandex Fabric Production Base”, further polishing the industrial brand of Shantou as “China’s Nylon-Spandex Fabric Production Base”.
At the event site, the Shantou Textiles and Clothing Industry Association held a promotion activity for Shantou as “China’s Nylon-Spandex Fabric Production Base” and officially launched the regional brand-building initiative for "Shantou Nylon". During this exhibition, Shantou showcased over 3,500 types of fabrics from more than 30 enterprises, covering sports and yoga, outdoor sun-protection, and casual and business series. The displays demonstrated to global buyers the cluster strength, full-chain advantages, and innovative vitality of Shantou’s nylon-spandex industry, thereby helping Shantou’s nylon-spandex fabric products further expand nationwide and connect with global markets.

汕头纺织闪耀上海面辅料展
8月25日，2026中国国际纺织面料及辅料（秋冬）博览会在上海国家会展中心正式启幕，汕头纺织服装产业首次以“中国锦氨面料生产基地”在国际级行业盛会上组团亮相，进一步打造“中国锦氨面料生产基地”产业名片。
活动现场，汕头市纺织服装产业协会举行中国锦氨面料生产基地推介活动，同时正式启动“汕头锦纶”区域品牌建设工作。本次展会上，汕头共展出30余家企业、超3500款面料，涵盖运动瑜伽、户外防晒、休闲商务系列，向全球客商展现汕头锦氨产业的集群实力、全链优势与创新活力，助力汕头锦氨面料产品进一步走向全国、联通全球市场。
