Recently, the COSCO Shipping vessel "Xin Yantai" carrying export goods consolidated at the Shantou Bonded Logistics Center set sail from the Guang’ao Port Area of the Shantou Port for Indonesia. This marks the first time that cross-border e-commerce export goods from eastern Guangdong are consolidated in Shantou Comprehensive Bonded Zone for direct shipping to Indonesia, and also a new achievement of the collaboration among Shantou China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., the Shantou Bonded Logistics Center, and shipping companies.
The opening of this direct shipping route will effectively shorten the transit time for goods shipped from Shantou to Indonesia, fully leverage the policy advantages of the comprehensive bonded zone’s "tax refund upon entry" and rapid allocation in bonded logistics, improve logistics customs clearance and transport timeliness, reduce export costs for cross-border e-commerce enterprises, further enhance the Shantou Port’s locational advantages and influence in the Southeast Asian shipping system, help deepen two-way economic and trade contacts between Shantou and Southeast Asia, and promote a virtuous cycle for the high-quality development of the regional foreign trade economy.

粤东跨境电商货物集拼直航印尼
近日，中远海“新烟台”轮装载着汕头保税物流中心集拼出口货物，从汕头港广澳港区启航前往印尼，这是粤东跨境电商出口货物首次经由汕头综保区集拼后直航印尼，也是汕头招商局港口集团、汕头保税物流中心及航运企业多方协作的新成果。
该直航航线的开通，有效缩短汕头至印尼的货物运输中转时长，充分发挥综保区“入区退税”及保税物流快速分拨的政策优势，提升物流通关和运输时效，降低跨境电商企业出口成本，将进一步增强汕头港在东南亚航运体系中的区位优势和影响力，助力深化汕头与东南亚地区双向经贸往来，推动区域外贸经济良性循环、高质量发展。
