Recently, thanks to the support of the working team dispatched by Shenzhen to assist Chengtian Town of Shantou under the paired assistance program, Dongyan Kueh Workshop in Chengtian Town, Chaonan District, has officially obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification.
Dongyan Village boasts a time-honored craft of kueh making. Traditionally, kueh production was scattered among household workshops, with products circulated only locally and barred from formal commercial channels. Backed by the working team, a former village committee office in the village was renovated and repurposed as Dongyan Kueh Workshop, and a specialized cooperative set up to employ villagers skilled in kueh-making. Meanwhile, an expert team was brought in to help the workshop shore up weaknesses, refine production specifications and management systems against international certification standards, adapting this century-old craft to modern industrial production requirements. To date, the workshop's products have graced the dining tables of residents across the Greater Bay Area, with its brand recognition steadily growing.

潮汕非遗粿品拿到国际“通行证”
近日，在深圳对口帮扶协作汕头驻成田镇工作队的助推下，潮南区成田镇东盐粿品工坊正式获得ISO9001质量管理体系认证证书。
东盐村粿品制作技艺历史悠久，但传统粿品分散在家庭作坊，仅在本地流通，无法进入正规商业渠道。在工作队助推下，村内一处老村委办公地被改造建成东盐粿品工坊，并成立专业合作社，吸纳有制粿技艺的村民就业。同时，引入专家团队协助工坊补齐短板，对照国际认证标准优化生产流程规范和管理制度，让传承百年的老技艺适配现代工业生产标准。目前，工坊产品已走进大湾区市民餐桌，知名度逐步提升。
