As a key project at the municipal and district levels, Shantou (Chaonan) Wanyang Co-creation City has a total planned land area of about 1,000 mu, with 370 mu allocated for Phase I, a total building area of about 850,000 square meters, and a planned investment of about 2 billion yuan. 15 standard high-rise factory buildings, 47 individualized multi-story factory buildings, and 4 supporting buildings, totaling 66 buildings, are planned for construction under the project. Construction began at the end of November 2025, and infrastructure development and investment promotion are currently advancing in parallel.
Shantou (Chaonan) Wanyang Co-creation City focuses on two traditional competitive industries: textile and apparel, and beauty makeup and chemicals for daily use, while introducing emerging industries such as Shenzhen’s electronic information. Leveraging its operational feature of "industry-finance interactions", the park will establish a full-cycle financial service system tailored for SMEs. By collaborating with banks and professional financial institutions, the park will launch various services such as factory building mortgage, equipment financial leasing, and supply chain working capital loans in order to alleviate enterprises’ financial pressure related to production, technological transformation, and turnover, and assist SMEs in asset-light roll-out and steady management.

汕头（潮南）万洋众创城建设加快推进
作为市、区两级重点项目，汕头（潮南）万洋众创城总规划用地约1000亩，首期用地370亩，总建筑面积约85万平方米，计划投资约20亿元。项目规划建设15栋标准高层厂房、47栋个性化多层厂房、4栋配套建筑，合计66栋。项目于2025年11月底开工建设，目前基建和招商工作正在同步推进。
汕头（潮南）万洋众创城聚焦纺织服装、美妆日化两个传统优势产业，并引进深圳电子信息等新兴产业。园区将依托自身“产融互动”运营特色，搭建适配中小企业的全周期金融服务体系。通过联动银行、专业金融机构，落地厂房按揭、设备融资租赁、供应链流动资金贷款等多项服务，缓解企业生产、技改、周转等方面的资金压力，助力中小企业轻资产落地、稳节奏经营。
