The Global Toy Center Project Advances Steadily in Shantou

As a crucial carrier for Shantou's creative toy industry to transition from "manufacturing" to a "trade hub", the Global Toy Center project located in Zhugang New Town is advancing steadily. With a total investment of 1.16 billion yuan, a planned land area of about 47 mu, and a building area of about 200,000 square meters, the project involves the construction of five office buildings and supporting commercial facilities, aiming to establish a comprehensive service platform integrating business office and commercial support, attract domestic and international leading toy enterprises and large trade service enterprises to set up regional supply chain centers and procurement centers in Shantou, and promote the coordinated development of manufacturing and trade services. It is planned to top out the main structures by the end of 2027, and complete and hand over the project from late 2028 to early 2029.

汕头稳步推进全球玩具中心项目
作为汕头玩具创意产业从“制造”迈向“贸易枢纽”的重要载体，位于珠港新城的全球玩具中心项目正稳步推进。该项目总投资11.6亿元，规划用地约47亩、建筑面积约20万平方米，将建设5栋办公楼及配套商业，搭建集商务办公、商业配套于一体的综合性服务平台，努力招引国内国际玩具龙头企业和大型贸易服务企业在汕头设立区域供应链中心、采购中心，促进制造与商贸服务协同发展。项目计划2027年底实现主体封顶，力争2028年底至2029年初竣工交付。
