Nanshan Bay Industrial Park's Investment Is Heating Up

With the steady progress of construction projects in Nanshanwan Bay Industry Park and Shugang Avenue, namely, the newly started-up areas of the industrial economic belt and provincial demonstration industrial Bay park for industrial shifting, the superior investment environment of the industry park has shown up gradually, and has attracted many investors. So far,there are up to 5 enterprises having signed to enter the park, and many investors have come to the industrial park for a survey, negotiating some in-progress projects.

Our city is building Nanshanwan Bay Industry Park and Shugang Avenue based on the policies of a high starting point and a high standard, which will build Nanshanwan Bay Industry Park into a "modernized new industrial town" and build Shugang Avenue into the "Zhongshan East Road" of the southern district. So far, in the industry park, we have finished the land leveling of approximately 800 mu, with an amount of filling of about 640,000 cubic meters; in the west section of Shugang Avenue, the underground lines have been laid and the soft foundation treatment has been done for about 3 km. In order to speed up the construction progress and save the construction cost,the construction enterprise is pressing on the implementation of the preparation work for the sea sand filling operation, and trying to begin the sea sand filling work in the industry park from the middle of this month. The road support construction of the industry park has also been started up. In the industry park, 5 enterprises have signed the investment agreements, covering equipment manufacturing, photoconduction materials, metal products, environmental protection packaging materials, and high-end textile raw material manufacturing; the land use area is approximately 780 mu,with a total amount of investment of 1.86 billion Yuan. The approved land of the industry park has already had the conditions for bidding, auctioning and construction operation, and according to our plan, in the first half of this year, the first batch of land in the park will be transferred openly, and in the second half year, the enterprises will enter the park for construction.

It is reported that our city is planning to use 3 to 5 years to develop the industrial economic belt and the provincial demonstration park into a modernized coastal new industrial town characterized by intensive use of land, concentration of industries, priority in environmental protection, and sustainable development.

南山湾产业园区投资升温


随着工业经济带和省示范性产业转移工业园新的启动片区——南山湾产业园区和疏港大道项目建设的稳步推进,园区优越的投资环境已日渐显露,并吸引了不少投资者关注的目光。目前,签约进园企业已增至5家,近期还有多批客商到园区考察,有关项目正在洽谈跟进。
  我市高起点、高标准建设南山湾产业园及疏港大道,将把南山湾产业园建设成“现代化工业新城”,疏港大道建设成南区“中山东路”。目前园区已完成了约800亩土地的平整,填方量约64万立方米;疏港大道西段约3公里已开始铺设地下管线和软基处理。为加快施工进度,节约建设成本,施工单位目前正加紧落实海砂吹填作业的准备工作,争取本月中旬实施园区海砂吹填。园区道路配套建设也已启动。园区已有5家从事装备制造、光电传导材料、金属制品、环保包装材料、高端纺织原材料制造的企业签订投资协议,用地面积约780亩,投资总额18.6亿元。园区已获批土地具备招拍挂及进园施工条件,力争今年上半年实现园区首批土地公开出让,下半年企业进园建设。
  
据悉,我市正力争通过3至5年的建设,使工业经济带和省示范园逐步发展成为用地集约、产业集聚、环保优先,可持续发展的现代化滨海工业新城。
