Located in Zhongshan Road, Longhu District, this project, featured by the Construction Mode for Seashore Garden and the Living Style for Seashore Garden, is the residential area where the Continental European architectural style is introduced for the first time in Shantou City, and becomes the historical landmark symbolizing the renewal of the residential house products in the 1990s in Shantou. There are 39 buildings totally in the residential area, and the floor area reaches 156880 square meters. The design is based on the theme of "Gardens in the Garden", emphasizes the harmony between human beings and the environment and focuses on the design principle of human-orientation. The design won the provincial First Prize for Excellent Design in 1999.    

This project is designed by Shantou Architecture Design Institute, constructed respectively by Shantou Dahao Municipal Works Construction Co., Ltd, Guangdong Provincial No. 2 Construction Project Co., Ltd and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Shantou Construction Co., Ltd., and is developed respectively by Zhongxin Seashore Garden (East Area) Co., Ltd, and Shantou Zhongxin Seashore Garden (West Area) Co., Ltd.

　　该项目位于龙湖区中山路，是汕头首次引入欧陆建筑风格创造的“海滨花园建设模式”和“海滨花园生活方式”的住宅小区，成为二十世纪90年代汕头住宅产品更新换代的历史性标志。小区建筑共39幢，建筑面积达156880平方米。设计以“园中园”为主题，强调人与环境的和谐统一，突出以人为核心的设计原则。获1999年度省优秀设计一等奖。
　　该项目由汕头市建筑设计院设计，分别由汕头市达濠市政建设有限公司、广东省第二建筑工程公司、中建二局汕头建筑工程公司承建，分别由汕头市中信海滨花园(东区)有限公司、汕头市中信海滨花园(西区)有限公司开发。
