Located in Changping Road, Longhu District, this project is one of the large residential communities in Shantou at present. Its greatest feature is that the traditional folk house culture in Chaoshan region has been integrated into the modern urban building design. This project demonstrates the cultural elements of Shantou as a seaside city in the form of "Chinese modern" architectural art, and becomes a major highlight in the contemporary architecture in Shantou. It won the "Excellent Residential Environment Design Award of 2007 Zhantianyou Prize".
This project is designed by Shantou Building Design Institute, constructed by Shantou Yutong Construction Group Co., Ltd. and developed by CITIC Real Estate (Shantou) Co., Ltd.

潮华雅居
该项目位于龙湖区长平路，是目前汕头大型的住宅小区之一。其最大特点是将潮汕传统民居文化融汇到现代时尚的城市建筑设计中，以其“中而新”的建筑艺术展现着汕头海滨邹鲁的文化底蕴，成为汕头当代建筑的一大亮点。获“2007詹天佑大奖住宅小区优秀环境设计奖”。
该项目由汕头市建筑设计院设计、汕头市裕通建设集团有限公司承建、中信房地产汕头有限公司开发。
