Route 1: Bite in Haojiang, Meet Your Fish

Haojiang is close to mountain and sea, known as a 100-year-old port town in Chaoshan. Dahao's fish balls and various seafood dishes are must-haves in the food tour.

 

Get up early: HaojiangNanshan Bay/Dahao Ancient City

One is a beautiful free beach, and the other is the only well-preserved pocket-sized ancient city in the country. Wake up early and have fun withthe wave, stroll around the ancient city, and experience a leisurely morning.

Lunch: Didixiang Fish Ball

Fish ball is a special product of Haojiang District with national geographic indication. Didixiang Fish Ball is the one that made more delicate with ingredients matched or removed according to fatty and lean fishes in different seasons.

Route 2: Brine Chenghai Food Tour

Morning Tashan Scenic Area & Tang Boyuan Memorial Hall

Tashan Scenic Area is a tourist area with Tashan Temple in the center, embracing water and mountains. Green jungle there is dotting the temples, palaces and halls.

The Tang Boyuan Memorial Hall is dedicated to commemorating the Tang Boyuan, a senior officer of Ming History Department. The hall collects Tang Boyuan's statement documents submitted to the emperor, poetry stele gallery, calligraphy, and mural paintings.

Lunch   Yang Tonifying Shell Feast

In the summer of August and September, it is the harvest season of shells with large size and enormous flavor. ChenghaiYanhong, one of the richest places for shells, is witnessing a Shell Gourmet Culture and Tourism Festival right now. Route 3: Finding Chaoyang Flavor, Trying Out Snacks

Morning Ming'anli

Ming'anli is a tourist attraction with the theme of traditional Chaoshan folk dwellings. Its superb Chaoshan folk craftsmanship is known as the "Window of Chaoshan Folk Culture", plus plaques and wall couplet are famous calligraphy and paintings, which complement each other and attract many fellow villagers at home and abroad.

Lingshan Temple was founded in the seventh year of Zhenyuan period in the Tang Dynasty by Master Dadian, the third-generation direct disciple of Master Huineng. It has beautiful scenery, located amid green mountains and clear waters, well-known both at home and abroad for its "Trails of Morality and Virtues". It has been listed as one of the famous ancient temples in eastern Guangdong.

Lunch Chaoyang Tower Foot Dried Noodles

Chaoyang Tower Foot Dried Noodles are smooth and chewy. What a fantastic match it is with condiments of specially-made marinade, sesame, satay paste, lard and spring onion and a bowl of pork bone soup. Afternoon Climb the Dongyan Mountain

The Dongyan peaks, competing with each other in their heights, are trying to ride the cloud. Climb the Dongyan Rock Peak and you will find sparkling waves of the nearby sea coordinate with blue sky, which makes you feel refreshed.

Dinner   Yummy food

Route 4: Shantou Old Taste

The old city of Shantou not only has its beauty in both architecture and sense of the times, but also is a good place to trace the oldest and delicious food in Chaoshan.

 

Breakfast Taste Rice Noodle Soup

The steaming hot and smooth rice noodle pieces are first drizzled with light brown marinade, and then some marinated pork intestines, marinated meat, marinated eggs, dried tofu or vegetable tail, etc. are added into it to make a bowl of rice noodle soup. Morning Have a tour in Guiyuan and Binyuan

Binyuan, No. 26 Gongyuan Road, was the private home of Chen Shaowen, Lingting native in Chenghai during the Republic of China. Guiyuan is on the opposite side of Binyuan, and they are both buildings of the Republic of China. It is a historic building that witnessed the years of the Chinese revolution. Zhou Enlai, Jiang Jieshi, Liao Zhongkai and other politicians have worked and lived here.

Shantou Port Opening Cultural Exhibition Hall is separated from the General Post Office Building by a road.

Three-story Port Opening Cultural Exhibition Hall featuring European style displays in a condensed way the development of Shantou since its port opening on January 1, 1860.

Shantou General Post Office Building, commonly known as "Old Anping Post and Telecommunications Office" The three-in-one structure built with stone, steel, and gray is one of the two most well-preserved postal building entities with European continental style in Guangdong Province. It is also the first self-built post office since Shantou opened its port.

Afternoon Take a visit to Shantou Museum and Zhongshan Park

Shantou Museum is a national third-level museum, established in 1960.The museum has a large collection of precious cultural relics of various kinds related to Chao People/Chao Stories/Chao History/Chao art. Many of these collections can only be found in this museum, and it is therefore of high cultural and artistic value.

Zhongshan Park, a total area of 309 mu, is the oldest comprehensive park of the largest scale with profound historical and cultural deposits in eastern Guangdong. The park is surrounded by water, including Yuemei River. Three bridges, Zhongshan Bridge, Yuemei Bridge and Yingchun Bridge, connect the park with the urban land. The Yujian Lake in the park covers an area of nearly 100 mu and has beautiful scenery, known at home and abroad.

路线一: 味蕾濠江  “鱼”你有约

濠江靠山临海,是潮汕著名的百年港口古镇,达濠美食之旅不得不提的,当然是达濠鱼丸和各类海鲜菜肴了。

 

早起:濠江南山湾/达濠古城

一个是风景秀丽的免费海滩,一个是全国唯一保存最完好的袖珍古城,早起海滩踏浪,逛古城,感受悠闲的早晨。

 

午餐:蒂蒂香鱼丸

鱼丸是濠江区特产,国家地理标志产品。而蒂蒂香鱼丸更是将达濠鱼丸做得更精细,按不同季节鱼的肥瘦加以搭配、取舍。而除了鱼丸外,你还可品尝其他潮汕小吃美食。

 

下午:丹樱生态园

 

晚上:寻店品“达濠本港海鲜”

濠江盛产海产,聪明又好食的濠江人更是会做海鲜。濠江海鲜大排档材料大都直接采本港海鲜,不只是新鲜,更是结合时令。

 

路线二:卤香澄海美食游

早上  塔山风景区&唐伯元纪念馆

塔山风景区,以塔山寺为中心,山水兼具的游览区。绿荫丛林,点缀着楼台殿阁。

 

唐伯元纪念馆以纪念明史部郎中唐伯元为主题,馆内汇集唐伯元奏疏、诗文碑廊及书法、壁画。

 

午餐  壮雄薄壳宴

8、9月,夏月时,正是薄壳收成季,个大味足。澄海盐鸿,薄壳盛产地之一,现也正举办薄壳美食文化旅游节。此时去,吃一顿全薄壳宴,试试薄壳的各种吃法。

 

下午  游览莲华乡村旅游区

莲华乡村旅游区北倚莲花山,南临韩江北溪,自然风光旖旎,山清水秀。

 

旅游区内拥有万亩果蔬基地、远东国兰基地、莲花山温泉度假村、大自然休闲农庄等一批知名度高的旅游景区,被评为国家AAAA级旅游区。

 

路线三:寻味潮阳  品味小吃

早上   明安里

明安里是一处以潮汕传统民居为主题的旅游景点,以精湛的潮汕民间工艺荟萃被誉为“潮汕民俗文化之窗”,加上牌匾和壁联均为名家书画,交相辉映,吸引了众多的海内外乡亲。

 

灵山寺由惠能大师嫡传第三代弟子——大颠禅师开创于唐贞元七年。这里山清水秀,风景优美,以“道迹贤踪”饮誉海内外,是粤东著名古刹之一。

 

午餐  潮阳塔脚干面

潮阳塔脚干面爽韧有嚼劲,佐料是特制的卤汁、芝麻、沙茶酱、猪油和葱花等,配上一碗猪骨汤,简直是绝妙的搭配。吃完正餐,还可以点些芋头、蚝烙、肠粉等等潮阳小吃。

下午  爬东岩山

东岩山峰,一峰更比一峰高,层次就像凌云之势突起。于东岩岩峰上,登高望远,只见临近的大海闪闪波光,与碧色的长空相映成趣,令人心旷神怡。

 

晚餐  吃美食

晚餐叫上一盘鲎粿,再配上一盘潮阳经典油炸小吃拼盘 —— 番薯烙、猪脚圈、虾饼等等,口感酥脆,甜香咸脆,食用时配以工夫茶有助消化,真乃人生一大享受。

 

路线四:汕头老味道

汕头老城不仅是美在建筑、美在年代感,也是一个寻觅潮汕最古早味的美食好去处。

 

早餐   品味粿汁

热腾腾滑口的粿片,淋上浅棕色的卤汁,再点些卤猪肠、卤肉、卤蛋、豆干或菜尾等,一碗粿汁就这样完成。非常爽口,越吃越有味。除此外,特色大鼎猪血汤、三身人肠粉也是不错的早餐推荐哦!

 

上午游览桂园和彬园

彬园,公园路26号,是民国时期澄海岭亭人陈少文的私宅在彬园对面,是同为民国建筑的桂园。一座见证了中国革命风云岁月的历史建筑,周恩来,蒋介石,廖仲恺等政要均曾在此工作、居住过。

 

汕头开埠文化陈列馆邮政总局大楼,隔路相望。

开埠文化陈列馆为三层的欧陆式建筑,馆内浓缩展示了1860年1月1日汕头开埠以来的发展。

汕头邮政总局大楼,俗称“老安平邮电局”。石、钢筋、洋灰的三合一结构,是广东保存最完整的两座采用欧陆式建筑风格的邮政建筑实体之一,也是汕头开埠以来的第一所自建邮局。

 

午餐   老城区特色小吃

推荐老城的国平路、升平路,都是小吃街满满的一条街。

 

下午 参观汕头市博物馆游览中山公园

汕头市博物馆是国家三级博物馆,成立于1960年。博物馆内收藏了大量品类丰富、与潮人/潮事/潮史/潮汕艺术相关的珍贵文物,很多藏品仅此一家,具有很高的文化艺术价值。

 

中山公园,粤东地区建园历史最早、规模最大、具有深厚历史和人文内涵的综合性公园,总面积309亩。公园四周环水,月眉河环绕园区,中山桥、月眉桥和迎春桥三座桥梁将公园与市区陆地连在一起,园区的玉鉴湖面积近百亩,风光绮丽,名闻海内外。

 

下午茶品品广场特色豆花、福和甜汤、杉排杏仁茶......

 

晚餐 涮牛肉火锅

来汕头,当然要吃一顿靠谱的牛肉火锅。在汕头,每一头牛都被安排得明明白白,从牛肉上桌时间、牛肉部位到涮牛方式,都各有讲究。

 

夜宵  汕头特色排挡

汕头大排档讲究一个,蔬菜海鲜都当天进货当天卖完。
