At 7:30 a.m. on December 22, the 2019 China Communications Construction Company Ltd. Shantou International Marathon, with the theme of "Embracing theAsian Youth Games and Enjoying the Passionate Marathon", started on time. This year'sfull marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.0975 km), fun run and parent-child run (about 5 km) had attracted more than 20,000 runners from 37 countries and regions to sign up. The track passed through many well-known landmarks and cultural sites such as Times Square, People's Square, Small Park area, Waterfront Promenade, Greenspace Square, East Coast Avenue, Xinjinhe Bridge, etc. This would provide high-quality event experience, picturesque scenery of Shantou, and the historical and cultural heritage of "the 100-year old commercial port" to all runners of the Shantou International Marathon.

After fierce competition, the Kenyan runner Benardcheruiyotsang and the Ethiopian runner Kasubitewlemeneh won the men's and women's championships in 2 hours, 15 minutes and 47 seconds and 2 hours, 29 minutes and 34 seconds respectively. The Chinese athlete Zhao Hao won the first place in the men's half marathon in 1 hour, 07 minutes and 04 seconds, and the Kenyan athlete Koechalycejeptoo won the champion of the women's half marathon in 1 hour, 22 minutes and 54 seconds. The first place in the men's marathon, women's marathon, men's half marathon and women's half marathon were won by Ma Shuiwang, Zhu Dandan, Zhao Hao and Li Sulan respectively.

　　2019中国交建·汕头国际马拉松开跑

　　12月22日上午7时30分，“迎亚青盛会，跑激情汕马”2019中国交建·汕头国际马拉松准时鸣枪开跑。本届赛事设马拉松（42.195公里）、半程马拉松（21.0975公里）、欢乐跑和亲子跑（约5公里）3个项目，吸引了来自37个国家和地区的2万多名跑友报名参与。赛道途经时代广场、人民广场、小公园片区、海滨长廊、绿地广场、东海岸大道、新津河大桥等多个知名地标、文化游览区，将优质的赛事体验、秀美的汕头风光和深厚的“百载商埠”历史文化底蕴展示给所有的汕马跑友。

　　经过激烈角逐，肯尼亚选手BENARDCHERUIYOTSANG、埃塞俄比亚选手KASUBITEWLEMENEH分别以2小时15分47秒、2小时29分34秒的成绩摘得马拉松男子组、女子组桂冠。中国籍选手赵浩以1小时07分04秒的成绩夺得半程马拉松男子组第一名，肯尼亚选手KOECHALYCEJEPTOO以1小时22分54秒的成绩获得半程马拉松女子组冠军。男子马拉松、女子马拉松、男子半程马拉松、女子半程马拉松中国籍第一名分别由马水旺、朱丹丹、赵浩、李素兰获得。
