On the morning of January 28, an anti-epidemic medical team from Shantou set off to Hubei to combat NCP epidemic with local medical forces in Hubei.

The first batch of medical team from Shantou dispatched to aid the NCP epidemic control efforts in Hubei consists of 12 medical members from Shantou Central Hospital and another 12 medical members from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, all of whom own a wealth of clinical work experience in respiratory medicine, ICU, infectious diseases and other clinical specialties.

汕头援鄂抗疫医疗队赴湖北

1月28日上午，我市援鄂抗疫医疗队出发踏上征途，搭乘飞机奔赴湖北，和当地医疗力量一起展开对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作的阻击战。

我市首批奔赴湖北支援应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情的医务工作者一共24名，其中汕头市中心医院和汕大医学院第一附属医院各派出12名，他们都来自呼吸科、重症医学科、感染科等临床专科，有着丰富的临床工作经验。
