On the morning of April 6, 24 medical personnel of the first batch of medical team aiding Hubei of our city who had a rest at the Zhonghai Nanbin Hotel, successfully passed the 14-day health observation period and returned to their respective units and families safely, putting a great end to the task.

There first batch of medical team aiding Hubei is comprised of 8 doctors and 16 nurses, respectively from the Department of Intensive Medicine, the Infection Department and the Respiratory Medicine Department of the Municipal Central Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. The medical team had fought against the epidemic for 51 days from January 28 when they went out to the battle to 5 pm of March 18 when they completed their task of saying goodbye to the last patient at the ward they worked in Hankou Hospital and finishing the hand-over procedures.

汕头第一批援鄂医疗队24名队员回归

　　4月6日上午，在中海南滨大酒店进行集中休整的我市第一批援鄂医疗队24名医护人员顺利度过14天的健康观察期，安全回归单位、回归家庭，为这批支援湖北工作任务划上了圆满句号。

  我市第一批援鄂医疗队共有8名医生、16名护士，分别来自市中心医院和汕头大学医学院第一附属医院的重症医学科、感染科和呼吸内科。医疗队从1月28日出征到3月18日下午5时完成汉口医院工作病区患者清空任务、交接手续，共在“疫”线奋战了51天。
