At 2:45 pm on April 8, the Flight GS6526 from Wuhan Tianhe Airport landed at the Chaoshan Airport. This is the first flight arriving at the Chaoshan Airport after Wuhan lifting the control of passages leaving Wuhan and Hubei from the zero o’clock of April 8, showing that the air transport corridor between the two places opened again.

On the first day of the resumption, there were direct flights from two airlines to Wuhan from the Chaoshan Airport. Among them, Flight GS6525 operated by Tianjin Airlines took off from the Chaoshan Airport at 9:45 and arrived in Wuhan at 11:50. Flight CZ3889 operated by Southern Airlines took off from Chaoshan Airport at 12:30 and arrived in  Wuhan at 14:20.

潮汕机场恢复至武汉航班

　　4月8日下午2时45分，从武汉天河机场出发的GS6526次航班降落在潮汕机场，这是4月8日零时起武汉解除离汉离鄂通道管控之后，到达潮汕机场的首个航班，两地的空中交通运输通道恢复畅通。

复航首日，共有两家航空公司在潮汕机场执飞前往武汉的直达航班。其中，由天津航空执飞的GS6525航班，9时45分从潮汕起飞，11时50分抵达武汉；由南方航空执飞的CZ3889航班，12时30分从潮汕起飞，14时20分抵达武汉。
