On the afternoon of May 15, Deputy Mayor Zhao Zhitao walked into "Tmall Apparel Shantou Home Wear Industry Live Broadcast Day" event in the overseas Chinese pilot zone to introduce the city's home wear products to consumers and endorse the industry. A total of more than 100 local home wear companies participated in the live broadcast promotion through the Tmall apparel platform.

Adopting the "Mayor + Anchor" method to form a home wear "Selling Group" and relying on Alibaba Group's online live broadcast platform, this event, through the way online sales drive offline production, helps small and medium-sized enterprises get out of the epidemic dilemma, realize recovery of production and operation, broaden sales channels, and ultimately promote Shantou's products to the whole country. During the live broadcast, Zhao Zhitao called on a large number of netizens and overseas Chinese to come to Shantou to see the Asian Youth Games, visit Shantou, taste Chaozhou Cuisine, and buy Shantou's products. Those who are in charge of relevant enterprises also personally took the lead in selling products, and carried out promotional activities such as raining red envelope, lucky draw, and seckill to attract netizens to buy their products. For this event, the live broadcast room tried the high-tech applications for the first time such as live broadcasting AI, artificial intelligence, and simultaneous translation.

汕头市领导首次直播带货

5月15日下午，副市长赵志涛走进华侨试验区“天猫服饰汕头家居服产业直播日”活动现场，向广大消费者推介我市家居服产品，为产业代言。共100多家本地家居服企业通过天猫服饰平台参与直播促销。

本次活动以“市长+主播”组成家居服“带货天团”，依托阿里巴巴集团线上直播平台，通过线上销售带动线下生产的方式，帮助中小企业走出疫情困境，实现生产经营复苏，拓宽销售渠道，带动汕货走向全国。直播中，赵志涛号召广大网友及海外侨胞来汕看亚青赛、游汕头、品潮菜、买汕货。相关企业负责人也亲自上阵带货，开展红包雨、抽奖、特价秒杀等优惠活动，吸引网友争相抢购。此次活动，直播间首次尝试了直播AI、人工智能、同声翻译等高科技应用。
