In 2020, the amount of second-class and third-class scholarship of Guangdong Technion Israel Institute of Technology's chancellor's scholarship and academic excellence scholarship has been increased. The initial evaluation criteria and the continuous evaluation criteria have been adjusted to motivate the students to study hard.

Among them, the first prize of the chancellor's scholarship is RMB 100,000 per year, totaling RMB 400,000 in four years. The second prize of the chancellor's scholarship has been increased to RMB 75,000 per year, a total of RMB 300,000 in four years (formerly RMB 50,000 per year, a total of RMB 200,000 in four years).The third prize of the chancellor's scholarship has been increased to RMB 50,000 per year, a total of RMB 200,000 in four years (formerly RMB 25,000 per year, a total of RMB 100,000 in four years)

The academic excellence scholarship is dedicated to rewarding the top students in the Major GPA Ranking in the institute. The first-class scholarship is RMB 100,000, which is awarded to the top 2.5% of the students in the Major GPA Ranking; the second-class scholarship is RMB 75,000, which is awarded to the top 2.5%-7.5% of the students in the Major GPA Ranking (formerly RMB 50,000); the third-class scholarship is RMB 50,000, which is awarded to the top 7.5%-15% of the students in the Major GPA Ranking (formerly RMB 25,000).

广东以色列理工学院奖学金新政出炉

　　2020年，广以的校长奖学金和学业优秀奖学金在原来基础上提高了二等奖与三等奖金额，调整了初次评定标准和续得评定标准，以鼓励学生奋勇向学。

其中，校长奖学金一等奖为每年10万元人民币，四年共计40万元人民币。校长奖学金二等奖为每年7.5万元人民币，四年共计30万元人民币（原每年5万元人民币，四年共计20万元人民币）。校长奖学金三等奖为每年5万元人民币，四年共计20万元人民币（原每年2.5万元人民币，四年共计10万元人民币）

  学业优秀奖学金用于奖励在读专业GPA排名前列的学生。一等奖学金额度为10万元人民币，授予本专业GPA排名前2.5%的学生；二等奖学金额度为7.5万元人民币，授予本专业GPA排名前2.5%-7.5%的学生（原5万元人民币）；三等奖学金额度为5万元人民币，授予本专业GPA排名前7.5%-15%的学生（原2.5万元人民币）。
