At 11:08 a.m. on June 8, the first domestic 8 MW offshore wind turbine generated its first kilowatt-hour of electricity at the Shanghai Electric Wind Power Shantou Base, marking the successful off-grid commissioning of the Shanghai Electric Shantou Smart Energy Demonstration Project.

The Shanghai Electric Shantou Smart Energy Demonstration Project is Shanghai Electric's first industrial park-level "Energy Internet+" demonstration project with integration of wind-PV-energy storage, which is also the largest project in China. The project includes an 8 MW offshore wind turbine and a 4 MW offshore wind turbine, as well as 2.42 MW roof-mounted PV, 2 MWh energy storage, charging piles for cars, intelligent building monitoring, 5G+ industrial Internet system, microgrid control system and energy scheduling management platform, etc.

国内首台8兆瓦海上风机成功发电

　　6月8日上午11时08分，国内首台8兆瓦海上风机在上海电气风电汕头基地发出第一度电，标志着上海电气汕头智慧能源示范项目离网调试成功。

　　上海电气汕头智慧能源示范项目是国内最大、上海电气首个工业园区级的集风、光、储为一体的“能源互联网+”示范项目。项目包括1台8兆瓦海上风机和1台4兆瓦海上风机，以及2.42兆瓦的屋顶光伏、2兆瓦时储能、充电车桩设备、智能楼宇监控、5G+工业互联网系统、微网控制系统和能量调度管理平台等。
