On August 4, jointly directed by the Shantou Central Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China, the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau and other units, the first real estate electronic registration certificate in Shantou was born, marking the successful pilot of the "Guangdong Province Financial Service System for Real Estate Registration" in Shantou. The ordinary real estate mortgage registration can be handled at bank outlets, bringing great convenience to the enterprises and the public in application for mortgage loans. All the credit application procedures can be completed at bank outlets. The bank will immediately make a loan upon its approval, greatly improving the efficiency of corporate financing. The actual "one-stop service" comes true.

Next, the Shantou Central Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China will strengthen communication and coordination with the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau, promote the full integration of the "Guangdong Province Financial Service System for Real Estate Registration" with all bank outlets in the city, and promote the experience of Shantou pilot throughout the province to achieve another financial convenience upgrade.

汕头第一张不动产电子登记证诞生

8月4日，在人民银行汕头市中心支行、市自然资源局等单位联合指导下，汕头第一张不动产电子登记证诞生，标志着“广东省不动产登记金融服务系统”在汕试点成功。普通不动产抵押登记工作延伸至银行网点，企业和群众办理抵押贷款将更加便利，在银行网点即可完成信贷申请流程，银行审批后立刻放款，企业融资效率将大大提高，真正实现“一站式服务”。

接下来人民银行汕头市中心支行将加强与市自然资源局的沟通协调，推动全市各银行网点全面对接“广东省不动产登记金融服务系统”，并将汕头试点经验向全省推广，实现金融便民再升级。
