The construction of 12 municipal roads in the Xinxi section of the East Coast New City has been fully initiated, with a total investment of over 3.7 billion yuan and a total length of 23.5 kilometers. Among them, the 1.4-kilometer Kunlun Mountain Road and the 1.7-kilometer Hanjin Road are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. This will further strengthen the traffic connection with the external roads. The entire municipal project also includes "three bridges and one tunnel", that is, 3 new main river bridges and 1 main river tunnel. There are many inland rivers that are naturally formed and preserved in this section. Several bridges of different shapes are designed along the main and secondary roads, adding a lot of landscapes for the areas.

汕头东海岸新城新溪片区12条市政路全面开建

投资逾37亿元、总长23.5公里的东海岸新城新溪片区12条市政道路已全面开建，其中1.4公里长的昆仑山路和1.7公里的韩津路计划年底前完工，进一步加强与外部道路的交通联系。整个市政工程还包括“三桥一隧”，新建主干河涌桥3座和主河涌隧道1座。片区有很多自然形成得以保留的内河涌，各条主次干道沿线设计有多座形态各异的桥梁，将为片区增添不少风景线。
