After more than one year of upgrading and renovation, the Lvmeng Wetland Ecological Park in the Guangdong Agricultural Park has recently ushered in a brand-new look in the "Celebration of the 2020 Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival by Shantou City and Activities of Consumption of Agricultural Products for Poverty Alleviation to Make Them out of the Village into the City". This is a rural celebration event featuring modern agriculture, full of rural flavor and strong in interaction among the masses. It reflects the functional integration of agricultural and rural production, ecology, leisure, education, demonstration, art, etc.
Shantou's special agricultural products were striking in varieties. Phalaenopsis, lion head geese, blue crabs, prawns, crayfish, silk rice, guava, lotus roots, myrobalan, vegetables, Song tea, bergamot, dried turnip, kale borecole, potato powder balls and other special agricultural products were dazzling, attracting a large number of citizens to visit and purchase.
The first day of the event witnessed a huge mass of visitors. While they were enjoying the cultural performances, they could also learn about agricultural and cultural knowledge, understand the new changes in the city's agricultural and rural construction, and watch tea art, paper-cutting and other intangible cultural heritage performances. In addition to rich and colorful activities during the day, the country singing party had been held for three consecutive nights. The programs were added with the flavor of agriculture, countryside and Chaoshan as well as modern features. They varied in the content every night and were staged in a brilliant way.

汕头举办主题活动庆祝中国农民丰收节
历经一年多升级改造的广东农业公园——绿梦湿地生态园近日以崭新面貌迎来了“汕头市庆祝2020年中国农民丰收节暨消费扶贫农产品‘出村进城’活动”。这是一场农味十足、群众互动性强，体现农业农村生产、生态、休闲、教育、示范、艺术等多功能于一体的现代农业农村欢庆盛会。
汕头特色农产品格外引人注目。蝴蝶兰、狮头鹅、青蟹、对虾、小龙虾、丝苗米、番石榴、莲藕、油甘、蔬菜、宋茶、佛手果、菜脯、橄榄菜、东京丸等特色农产品琳琅满目，吸引了众多市民前往参观、购买。
活动首日，现场游人如织，游客在欣赏文艺表演的同时，还可以学习农业文化知识、了解我市农业农村建设新变化，观看茶艺、剪纸等非遗文化展演。除了白天丰富多彩的活动，还连续三晚举行乡村歌会，节目内容既富农味、乡味、潮味又有现代质感，每晚不同，精彩连连。
