Emblem: It is based on the red-headed ocean-going merchant ship that the overseas Chinese people in Chaoshan area took when they traveled across the ocean. Now it has become the bond of kinship between overseas Chinese and the motherland. The combination of the "Shan" element and the Sun logo of the Olympic Council of Asia in the graphic presents a sporty image under the bright sun, demonstrating the energetic spirit of Asian youths.

Theme slogan: Shantou is one of the birthplaces of Chaoshan culture and one of the earliest special economic zones in China. Shantou was born towards the sea, prospered by the sea, walks in the forefront of reform, and bravely stands at the forefront of the times. "Tide Rising from Shantou" fully demonstrates the youthful vigor and the energetic spirit of Asian youths in the new era, and embodies the beautiful sentiments of Asian Youth Games to lead Asian youths to build their dreams and reveal their genius.

The rhyming homophonic movement highlights the theme elements of the Asian Youth Games, reflecting that the  Asian Youth Games is a dynamic interpretation of the rhythm of the "health and beauty" era. The rhyme is corresponding to the tide rising, showing the passionate, dynamic, youthful and beautiful pictures that moving the Asia in the Asian Youth Games.

Mascot: Taking the Shantou city flower buttercup as the prototype, incorporating local cultural elements such as the "cuojiaotou" of Chaoshan folk houses and boat head shoes, the mascot is transformed into the image of a buttercup baby through anthropomorphism; the blooming buttercup and the core element in the emblem of the Olympic Council of Asia—the brilliant sun complements each other and embodies the values of the Olympic Council of Asia.

第三届亚洲青年运动会会徽、主题口号、吉祥物正式公布

会徽：取材于潮汕地区华侨华人远渡重洋时乘坐的远洋商船红头船，现在已成为华侨同祖国联系的亲情纽带。图形中带有“汕”字元素和亚奥理事会太阳标志的组合，呈现在灿烂阳光下的运动形象，展现了亚洲青年朝气蓬勃的精神面貌。

主题口号：汕头是潮汕文化的发源地之一，也是全国最早设立的经济特区之一。汕头向海而生，因海而兴，走在改革前沿，勇立时代潮头。“潮·起汕头”充分展现了新时代亚洲青少年青春活力、朝气蓬勃的精神面貌，体现了亚青会赛事引领亚洲青年筑梦潮头、竞显风流的美好情怀。

韵动谐音运动，突出亚青会主题元素，体现亚青会是“健康与美”时代韵律的动感演绎。韵动对应潮起，展现亚青会赛场激情澎湃、抒发动感青春、感动亚洲的美丽画面。

吉祥物：以汕头市花金凤花为原型，融入潮汕民居“厝角头”、船头鞋等地方文化元素，通过拟人手法变化成一个金凤花娃的形象；绽放的金凤花和亚奥理事会会徽中的核心要素——灿烂的太阳相辅相成，体现了亚奥理事会价值理念。
