Shantou Public Resources Full-process Electronic Trading Platform was officially launched recently. The platform mainly includes four major business segments: government procurement, land and mining rights transactions, property right transactions, and construction project transactions, as well as fund management systems and data docking. Through electronic and paperless transactions, the platform further improves the transaction efficiency of public resources, reduces the transaction cost of enterprises, and promotes transparent trading. At the same time, it provides technical support for online transaction services of market entities and online supervision by supervisory authorities, and creates conditions for realizing "non-face-to-face transactions".

Next, our city will continue to promote the second phase construction of the platform to provide enterprises and the masses with more fair, just, open and efficient services.

汕头市公共资源全流程电子交易平台正式运行

汕头市公共资源全流程电子交易平台近日正式上线运行。该平台主要包括政府采购、土地与矿业权交易、产权交易、建设工程交易四大业务板块，以及资金管理系统、数据对接等。通过电子化、无纸化交易，进一步提高了公共资源交易效率、降低了企业交易成本、促进了阳光交易，同时为市场主体在线交易服务、监督部门在线监督提供技术支撑，为实现“不见面交易”创造了条件。

  接下来我市将继续推进平台二期建设工作，为企业和群众提供更公平、公正、公开、高效的服务。
