Recently, two group standards jointly initiated by Shantou Gastronomy Society and Shantou Standardization Association, "Takeaway Service Specification for Dinning Dishes" and "Delivery Service Specification for Exquisite Raw Food Materials", have been approved by the expert group and officially released and implemented.
Chaozhou cuisine is one of the most famous cuisines at home and abroad, and it is also an important part of Chaoshan culture. The two group standards are designed to help and guide catering units to standardize the takeaway delivery of dine-in dishes and the delivery of refined raw ingredients, to ensure that consumers have a better consumption experience on the basis of dining hygiene and safety, and to promote the transformation and upgrading of catering units. At the same time, it explores a new path for the inheritance and promotion of Chaozhou cuisine, and also helps Shantou to create the "Gourmet Capital of the World".

潮菜外卖配送进入“标准化”时代
近日,由汕头市美食学会、汕头市标准化协会共同发起的《堂食菜品外卖服务规范》《精致初加工食材配送服务规范》两项团体标准通过专家组审定,正式对外发布实施。
潮菜是享誉中外的一大菜系,也是潮汕文化的重要组成部分。两项团体标准旨在帮助和指导餐饮单位规范堂食菜品外卖、精致初加工食材配送服务,保障消费者在就餐卫生安全的基础上有更好的消费体验,推动餐饮单位转型升级。同时,为潮菜的传承和推广探索一条新的路径,也为汕头创建“世界美食之都”助力。
