On March 20, the Administrative Committee of Shantou Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone and Shenzhen Qianhai Administration signed a cooperation framework agreement.

According to the cooperation framework agreement, the parties will work together to advance the cooperation among compatriots of Hong Kong and Macao and overseas Chinese, rely on the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation mechanism and the platform for uniting, attracting and gathering overseas Chinese of the overseas Chinese pilot zone, dock and integrate the resources of compatriots of Hong Kong and Macao and overseas Chinese, attract innovation and entrepreneurship of Hong Kong and Macao young people and overseas Chinese, and jointly explore measures to facilitate the employment and life of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and overseas Chinese in the mainland; work together to promote institutional innovation, support Qianhai’s reform and innovation experience to be replicated and promoted in the overseas Chinese pilot zone, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the reform of "decentralization, management and service" and the construction of a social credit system, form a new pattern of "information sharing, experience co-creation, and model co-construction" of institutional innovation; work together to promote industrial cooperation, organize regional joint investment promotion, deepen cross-border financial innovation, cooperate in the construction of a collaborative innovation exchange center, and promote the construction of 5G and other new information infrastructure to achieve complementary industrial advantages, coordinated linkage and dislocation development.

　　3月20日，汕头华侨试验区管委会与深圳市前海管理局签署合作框架协议。

　　根据合作框架协议，双方将携手推进港澳侨合作，依托前海深港合作机制与华侨试验区联侨引侨聚侨平台，对接整合港澳侨资源，吸引港澳青年和华人华侨创新创业，共同探索港澳同胞和海外侨胞在内地就业生活的便利化措施；携手推进制度创新，支持前海改革创新经验优先在华侨试验区复制推广，在“放管服”改革、社会信用体系建设等方面加强交流合作，形成制度创新“信息共享、经验共创、模式共建”新格局；携手推进产业合作，组织开展区域联合招商，深化跨境金融创新，合作建设协同创新交流中心，推进5G等新型信息化基础设施建设，实现产业优势互补、协调联动、错位发展。
