On the morning of April 23, the 2nd "Longhu Cup" Global Chao People Industrial Design Competition was initiated in Shantou Industrial Design City.

As the first global Chao People industrial design competition, "Longhu Cup" is a platform integrating the development achievements, results release and industrial exchanges and cooperation of Chao People's industrial design all over the world. Meanwhile, it is also an important window for Shantou's industrial design to be in line with the international standards. In contrast with previous competitions, this competition has expanded the collection space of works, set up four groups, such as concept group, product group, special overseas Chinese culture group and special group of "Design for Longhu". It will widely collect awards from Chao People's enterprises in the world, overseas Chinese designers and Chinese designers with foreign nationality, International students from China, students majoring in design from colleges and universities across China, design companies nationwide, innovation and entrepreneurship teams returning to China and people from all walks of life. The competition will also allow the design project operators to have opportunities to communicate face-to-face with investors by organizing itinerant exhibition of works and roadshows of excellent projects and inviting listed companies, investment funds, big wheels in the industry and representatives of chambers of commerce and the like to facilitate the design achievements to be transformed and implemented and go to the market.

　　第二届“龙湖杯”全球潮人工业设计大赛启动

　　4月23日上午，第二届“龙湖杯”全球潮人工业设计大赛在汕头工业设计城启动。

　　作为首个全球性潮人工业设计赛事，“龙湖杯”是汇聚全球潮人工业设计发展成就、成果发布和产业交流合作的平台，也是汕头工业设计与国际接轨的重要宣传窗口。与往届相比，本届大赛扩大作品征集空间，共设立概念组、产品组、侨文化专题组、“为龙湖而设计”专题组四大组别，并将面向全球潮属企业、海外华人华侨设计师、华人留学生、全国各院校设计专业学生、各地设计公司、归国创新创业团队及各界社会人士广泛招奖。大赛还将通过组织作品巡展、优秀项目路演，特邀上市企业、投资基金、行业大咖和商会代表等，让设计项目运营者获得与投资方面对面交流的机会，帮助设计成果转化落地，走向市场。
