On the morning of October 22, Shantou Service Center for First-time Loan Applicants (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) was officially put into operation. The Center was jointly established by Shantou Central Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China, Shantou Municipal Financial Service Bureau, and Shantou Municipal Government Affairs Data Administration. It is the first service center for first-time loan applicants in a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province.

"Shantou Service Center for First-time Loan Applicants" is set up in the service area for the enterprises newly registered by Shantou Municipal Administrative Service Center. It adopts the form of "small front desk and large back office". The front desk provides policy interpretation, first-time loan consultation, business registration, engagement, tracking feedback on the whole financing process and other services, while the back office relies on platforms such as “Yue Xin Rong (http://finance.gzebsc.cn)” and “Shan Jin Hui Qi Tong (Shantou Inclusive Finance for Enterprises)” to push the needs of company financing information to the relevant banks, and then the banks accept and handle the business in the back office, achieving a seamless connection between front desk and back office in terms of acceptance and approval, and effectively improving financing efficiency.

　　汕头市首贷服务中心启用

　　10月22日上午，汕头市首贷服务中心正式启动。该中心由中国人民银行汕头市中心支行、市金融工作局、市政务服务数据管理局联合成立，是广东省地级市首家首贷服务中心。

　　“汕头市首贷服务中心”设置于市政务服务中心的新注册企业服务区域，采用“小前台大后台”形式，前台提供政策解读、首贷咨询、业务登记、对接、融资全流程跟踪反馈等服务，后台依托“粤信融”、“汕金惠企通”等平台将企业融资需求推送至有关银行，银行在后台承接办理业务，实现前后台受理审批无缝衔接，切实提升融资效率。
