On November 9, the 2021 Nan’ao Forum was held in Shantou. The theme of the Forum was "Pooling the Strengths of Overseas Chinese Nationals". Experts, scholars and guests across the Taiwan Straits were invited to conduct thematic discussions.

Since its establishment in 2002, the Nan’ao Forum has been held for 20 consecutive sessions. It is a permanent exchange platform for exchanges and cooperation between Shantou and Taiwan and even between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits in the fields of economy, history and culture, and it has made positive contributions to promoting cross-Strait exchanges and cooperation. At the Forum, the participating experts, scholars and guests spoke out freely and expressed their own views, speaking and communicating on topics such as forging a united mighty force of overseas Chinese nationals, deepening the development of cross-Strait economic, cultural and social integration, and jointly building a shared spiritual home for the people of both sides.

　　2021年南澳论坛成功举办

　　11月9日，2021年南澳论坛在汕举办，论坛以“汇聚侨心侨力 推进融合发展”为主题，邀请两岸专家学者和嘉宾开展主题研讨。

　　南澳论坛自2002年创办至今已连续举办20届，是汕台两地乃至海峡两岸经济、历史、文化等领域交流与合作研究的常设交流平台，为促进两岸交流合作作出积极贡献。研讨会上，与会专家学者和嘉宾畅所欲言、各抒己见，围绕汇聚侨心侨智侨力、深化两岸经济文化社会融合发展、共建两岸同胞精神家园等议题进行发言和交流。
