
On December 9, under the supervision of Chenghai Customs, the first batch of more than 1,000 pieces of lion-headed goose prepared dishes that passed the inspection was successfully shipped, starting a trip of exporting to Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. This is also the first export of Chenghai lion-headed goose.
Chenghai is the largest lion-headed goose production base in China and even in the world, with a history of more than 300 years of breeding the lion-headed goose. Chenghai lion-headed goose enjoys a high reputation in large and medium-sized cities in the Chinese mainland, as well as in Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast Asia and other places. It is the mark of overseas Chinese missing their hometown. However, Chaoshan stewed goose was generally popular in Guangdong Province due to preservation and transportation problems. Nowadays, with the blessing of advanced equipment, more and more consumers can taste the lion-headed goose. The batch of lion-headed goose prepared dishes was stewed by the automatic preparation workshop in the Shantou Agricultural E-commerce Industrial Park in Chenghai District. Through liquid nitrogen fresh preservation and considerate packaging technology, the prepared lion-headed goose dishes can be preserved under frozen conditions for more than 6 months, and the authentic delicacy of Chaoshan can be restored after you unpack the dishes.

汕头澄海狮头鹅首次出口东南亚
12月9日,在澄海海关监管下,经检验合格的首批1000多件狮头鹅预制菜顺利发货,开启出境香港、东南亚等国家地区之旅,这也是澄海狮头鹅首次出口。
澄海是全国乃至世界最大的狮头鹅生产基地,已有300多年养殖历史。澄海狮头鹅在内地大中城区以及港澳地区、东南亚等地享有很高的知名度,是海外华侨思念家乡的印记。因保鲜及运输问题,潮汕卤鹅一般在广东省内盛行。如今,在先进设备的加持下,狮头鹅的品尝场景逐渐拓宽。这批狮头鹅预制菜就是在澄海区的汕头农业电商产业园里,由卤制自动化生产车间生产出来的。经过液氮锁鲜保存和贴体包装等技术,狮头鹅预制菜可以在冷冻条件下保存6个月以上,拆开包装即可还原潮汕地道美味。
