Recently, Guangdong Province released the 2021 Guangdong Province Business Environment Evaluation Report for the first time, in which 8 cities including Shantou were rated as excellent.In the east, west and north areas of Guangdong Province, Shantou is also the only city rated as excellent.

Shantou City has formulated the Shantou Program of Work for Completing Major Tasks of Comprehensively Improving the Business Environment, which covers 170 detailed tasks and initiatives, to ensure that the tasks for building the business environment are completed in line with high standards, for the purpose of creating a convenient and efficient government environment.Shantou City has also made full and best use of the legislative power of the special economic zone to promulgate the Regulations of Shantou Special Economic Zone on Improving the Business Environment , thus perfecting the guarantee system of institutions and regulations. Shantou will strengthen the judicial guarantee of contract execution and intellectual property protection, raise the level of administrative law enforcement, and ensure that business environment is improved in line with the rule of law.

　　广东首次发布营商环境评价报告，汕头获评优秀

　　近日我省首次发布《2021年广东省营商环境评价报告》，汕头等8市评价结果为优秀。我市也是粤东西北唯一获“优秀”的城市。

　　我市制定了涵盖170项细化任务举措的《汕头市全面优化营商环境重点任务工作方案》，确保营商环境建设各项任务高标准完成，营造便民高效的政务环境。我市还用好用足经济特区立法权，出台了《汕头经济特区优化营商环境条例》，完善制度法规保障体系。强化执行合同司法保障和知识产权保护，提升行政执法水平，将优化营商环境建设全面纳入法治化轨道。
