Recently, the main structure of Shantou Public Health Medical Center, a key provincial and municipal construction project, was fully completed. After completion, Shantou Public Health Medical Center will become a "five-in-one" public health medical center integrating with medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, disease prevention and control, and emergency reserve; and the cities in eastern Guangdong will be benefited, thus effectively filling the public health medical center gap in eastern Guangdong.

The Shantou Public Health Medical Center Project is located at the intersection of Hepu Avenue, Shenyang-Haikou Expressway and Shantou-Zhanjiang Expressway in Haojiang District, with a total construction area of about 340,000 square meters, consisting of the Public Health Clinical Center, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Health Emergency Materials Reserve Center. After the main structure is fully completed, the Project willbe steadily entered the phase of mechanical and electrical installation as planned.

　　汕头公共卫生医学中心主体结构封顶

　　近日，省、市重点建设项目——汕头公共卫生医学中心项目主体结构全面封顶，建成后将成为集医疗、教学、科研、疾病防控、应急储备“五位一体”的公共卫生医学中心，辐射粤东各市，有效填补粤东地区公共卫生医学中心空白。

　　汕头公共卫生医学中心项目位于濠江区河浦大道、沈海高速、汕湛高速交会处，总建筑面积约34万平方米，由公共卫生临床中心、疾控中心、卫生应急物资储备中心三部分组成。主体结构全面封顶后，项目将按计划稳步进入机电安装阶段。
