
On February 15, the live new media streaming of large-scale series "Unique Guangdong Charm" in the Bay Area, which was created by CCTV, covered the former residence of Chen Cihong in Shantou. In these series, Chao people at home and abroad, in a form of a special feast for a family reunion to talk about the Lantern Festival and renew their affection for their hometown.
Three fancy short videos appeared one after another in the live new media streaming. CCTV reporters explored local delicacies such as beef balls, peach-shaped kueh and braised goose in Shantou City. Following the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, they immersed themselves in experiencing the traditional techniques for preparing these delicacies, presenting the unique charm of Shantou delicacies from multiple perspectives. At the live scenes, there were also interactive display areas for intangible cultural heritage items such as palace lantern making, oil lamp making, lantern riddle interaction, Teochew iron-stick puppetry, and Chaoshan big gongs and drums, etc. Through the lens, Chaoshan's fine intangible cultural heritage items were shown to the global audience. Through cloud connection, the program also had dialogues with Chao people in Singapore, Malaysia and other places, which triggered their strong nostalgia for their hometown.

央视新媒体大型直播走进汕头陈慈黉故居
2月15日,中央广播电视总台打造的大型系列节目《湾区“粤”味浓》新媒体直播走进汕头陈慈黉故居,以一场别样的团圆家宴,与海内外潮人云端共话元宵佳节,共述家乡情怀。
直播中三个精美的短视频接连亮相。总台记者在我市探寻牛肉丸、红桃粿、卤鹅等特色美食,跟着非遗传承人,沉浸式体验这些美食的传统制作工艺,多角度展现汕头美食的独特魅力。直播现场还设置宫灯制作、油灯制作、灯谜互动、铁枝木偶戏、潮汕大锣鼓等非遗项目互动展示区,通过镜头将潮汕优秀非遗文化一一展现在全球观众面前。节目还通过云连线的方式,对话在新加坡、马来西亚等地的潮人,共叙浓浓乡情。
