On April 27, Shantou Bay Tunnel of East Guangdong Intercity Railway underpass project was roofed.The completion of this 26.5m underpass section removes the last obstacle for the tunneling of the intercity railway under the bay.So far, Shantou Bay Tunnel main line structures have all been roofed, and the next step will be the construction of the tunnel refill layers, bump walls, mechanical and electrical installation, decoration and furnishing within the range of the intercity railway.

　　汕头海湾隧道主线主体结构封顶

　　4月27日，汕头海湾隧道粤东城际下穿工程迎来封顶。该工程下穿段长度26.5米，为城际盾构下穿海湾隧道创造了条件。至此，汕头海湾隧道主线主体结构已全部实现封顶，下来将进行粤东城际范围的隧道回填层、防撞墙、机电安装以及装饰装修施工。
